Dear Reimer Family & friends
As the European agent for Women & Chad Vangaalen I have come to know Chris over the last 4-5 years. We always had great run ins, hugs and chats about guitar tones, good vibes and love for people. Also later w the Dodos (whom my partner Bob represents) we hung out. I loved Chris both as a musician and a friend. He was real. Witty and wise. He will be missed by many.
I wish you all the strength and love in the world.

Thank you for making this space available. Please know how much pleasure Chris’s music has given me, and the utter loss I feel at his passing. His magic transcends the pain, though, and knowing that his legacy is secure in the many people who loved him is a great comfort.
I am still so sad and shaken by Chris’s passing. He was so talented, and I cherish the records that I have that he had played on. We played Women on my radio program in his honour today, so I thought I would leave a message. It’s so wrong that he would die so young, it has left me cold. It definitely looks like he was loved and that he had a spectacular life, though. I send my deepest condolences to you, your family and Chris’s many friends.
